Meet Candie

Meet Candie

Candie is a senior bichon mix. She is moderately active but gets very excited when she sees the leash come off the wall. Candie has an auto-immune disease that presents as severe skin allergies, which we have treated since 2017. Her immune system is totally compromised. Candie lives with wonderful fosters who are dedicated to giving her medicated baths every other day to keep her symptom-free and comfortable. This presents a challenge to most adopters, but Candie is the sweetest, most loving girl you will ever meet, and she repays you with all the love and kisses. Will you consider helping Candie with a monthly gift?

Sweet Sofia

Sweet Sofia

This is our Sweet Sofia. Her personality is as big as her beautiful name. She’s a petite little girl, about five years old.  She is precious, fun, and full of spirit. Sofia is considered a special needs pup because she took a fall before becoming a BROC BABE, and the doctors said she would NEVER walk again due to a spinal cord rupture. But her foster mom says she has the will to get wherever she wants; nothing holds her back.

BROC bought some custom wheels for Sofia, and you should see her run. She’s like a horse in its chariot. She is truly adorable.

Jacque

Jacque

Hello! My name is Jacque, and I am a 12-pound, 16-year-old male Bichon Frise mix. I am a sweet guy, although a bit shy! I was adopted, but now I am back with my BROC family and being loved and well-cared for by my Forever Foster. They have promised to care for me for the rest of my life. I’m a senior gentleman and will need medical care and support as I grow old. Will you help my BROC family by sponsoring me?

Louis

Louis

Hello! My name is Louis, and I am a 16-pound nine-year-old male Bichon Frise mix. My family couldn’t take care of me any longer, and now I’m living with my forever foster, who loves me and makes sure I have everything I need! I will require a very special patient adopter because I have some behavior concerns. It may take a while to find the perfect adopter for me, so I’ll need to live with my foster for a long time. Will you consider sponsoring me?

Amazing Alex

Amazing Alex

My name is Amazing Alex; I am a 16-pound, 12-year-old male Havanese. I am sight-impaired, but I do a good job finding my way around. It just takes me a little time before I’m comfortable with my surroundings. I love going on walks and car rides, and I like to play with toys. I am loved and well-cared for by my foster mom. I will be taken care of by my BROC family for the rest of my life; that’s why I’m called a Senior Sunsetter. Please consider sponsoring me.

Our commitment to every pup does not waiver when they have special needs. Some of our fluffs have been diagnosed with conditions that significantly reduce the likelihood of traditional adoption, while others are terminal. We have amazing volunteers committed to fostering these special needs rescue pups until the end. Please consider becoming a sponsor for one or more of these pups. Your monthly donation may cover the cost of one office visit, a vital prescription, or a host of other special needs.
