As a volunteer of this rescue, I agree to abide by the policies and procedures. I understand that I will be volunteering at my own risk and that the rescue, its Board of Directors, other volunteers, employees and affiliates, cannot assume any responsibility for any liability for any accident, injury or health problem which may arise from any volunteer work I perform for the rescue. I agree that all the work I do is on a volunteer basis and I am not eligible to receive any monetary payment or reward.

AGREEMENT AND VOLUNTEER RELEASE OF LIABILITY By submitting this application, I affirm that the information provided is true and complete. I fully understand and agree to assume all risks involved in all activities and duties performed in my capacity as a volunteer. I agree to hold Bichon Rescue of Orange County (BROC) harmless for any damage or injury I might sustain during the course of my volunteer duties. This waiver includes myself, all of my family members, family pets, descendants, and property forever from seeking any legal action whatsoever against Bichon Rescue of Orange County or its representatives. *
