Hello! My name is Chelsea and I am a very young, 14 -pound darling female Bichon Frise mix. As mentioneed, I am very young and active.  I love to play with everyone and everything. I do love cuddles and will roll up in your lap for a nap when I get done wiht all my shenanigans . I am crate trained, yet would rather sleep in my humans bed, of course. My foster parents take me on a couple long walks a day and I love meeting all the other pups and humans out in that big world.  I am loved and well-cared for with my foster family but I am looking for my forever home.
